Sea urchin

A round animal covered with long spines. It lives on rocks and should be avoided by divers. Sea urchins move slowly, but their spines offer strong protection. Some species are dark and easy to notice, while others blend into the reef. They are a normal part of rocky underwater habitats and an important detail in many coastal dives.
